This one looked like a total snooze-fest. Just looked like a couple of companies trying to make some kind of tech deal, and then getting mad over some silly business shit and dropping the deal entirely. Pulsar was everywhere, but this Magnotek business wasn't something immediately recognizable. Looks like they specialized in manufacturing long-term media storage and playback devices, or something like that.
